Our original gin recipe flavoured with pear. This is probably our most popular and well-known flavoured gin. It is favoured by pro barmen seeking innovative cocktails for the smartest bars and cocktail lounges.
Tasting notes
Noses with fragrant and complex with prominent pear aromas, balanced by citrus and the classic piney notes of juniper. On the tongue, you get a fruity and sweet pear flavour that dominates, which is supported by baking spices such as cinnamon and nutmeg, with citrus and traditional gin botanicals underneath. The gin finishes rich and smooth, with the fruit and spice notes lingering on a crisp and refreshing final memory.

Fever Tree Light Tonic or Fever Tree Eldeflower Tonic with a slice of pear.

50mL The Edge Pear Gin
25mL Elderflower cordial
20mL fresh lemon juice
Shake and strain into a highball filled with cubed ice
Top with 75mL medium cider
Garnish with a slice of conference pear
