Cocktails
One of the Edge Distillers owners has spent 8 years collecting cocktail recipes at The Nosey Chef. Each recipe is carefully researched for originality. The gin collection can be found at https://noseychef.com/tag/gin/. Have fun making these with Edge gins.
Signature cocktail
Escalier (Merlin Griffiths)
This cocktail was featured on James Martin’s Saturday Morning on ITV on 8 November 2025. Mixologist Merlin Griffiths mixed it among a trio of cider cocktails.
50ml The Edge Pear Gin
25ml elderflower cordial
20ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
Top with good-quality Normandy or Breton cider
Fill a highball with ice. Shake the first three ingredients with ice and strain into the glass. Top wth the cider and garnish with apple and/or pear balls.
Featured cocktail
The Bennett Cocktail (Meaghan Dorman)
50ml dry gin
6ml fresh lime juice
12ml simple syrup
2 dashes of Angostura bitters
Shake all the ingredients with ice and strain into a Martini glass. Garnish with a slice of dried lime.
