Tasting notes

A prominent citrus flavor comes from added orange zest, offering a zesty and bright profile that is not overly sweet. The classic gin backbone of piney juniper remains a strong, balancing element. A soft, lingering hint of vanilla from the angelica root adds a layer of sweetness. Coriander is subtly present – this  botanical from the original Edge London Dry Gin add a touch of spice and intrigue to the flavour profile.
