Come and join us for a Saturday afternoon at the Gin School.
We’ll share with you everything you need to know about making your very own craft gin.
You can experiment with the huge range of botanicals and flavourings we have available and we’ll help you all the way.
You’re assigned your own copper pot still in which you’ll distil your own 70cl bottle of bespoke craft gin ready to take home and enjoy.
Over a couple of hours we will talk you through how gin is made, experience the smells and flavours of the botanicals, mix up your own selection of elements and operate your own individual still.
We serve you drinks (G&Ts of course) and afternoon tea to complete your experience.
Come and join us for an afternoon at the Gin School.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to book?
Yes. We are space limited for the Gin School as it is a completely hands on event.
Can I make more than one bottle?
Your still has enough volume to make one 70cl bottle of gin. Making more bottles would mean buying space on another still. You can always come back and make more.
How long does it take to distil?
About one hour. The distillation process is a gentle heating of the brew so that the correct components are taken off at the right times. We will talk you through this.
Is 6 the maximum occupancy?
By arrangement we can accomodate more people. We have 6 stills and it gets tight when two people are around them, but there are ways to make it work. Contact us and ask and we will see what we can make work for you.
