Come and join us for an evening of gin tasting and insight in the company of our master distiller where you will sample all our main products, be taken through our gin making process in the distillery and enjoy your choices from our Perfect Serve menu.
We’ll explain what makes gin gin, what the difference is between a botanical and a flavour, how you get from spirit to our favourite drink and how ours is The Edge.
You will start the evening with a Double London Dry and Tonic and get to choose two more gin drinks from our Perfect Serve menu.
During the distillery tour you will sample all five of our gins to get an appreciation of the subtleties and aromas in each of them.
We’ll host a quiz to test your new found gin-tastic knowledge and serve you a light snack to round off the evening.
It’s an evening to savour.
Gin Schools are held on selected Friday and Saturday evenings at our distillery just south of Congleton from 7pm to 9pm.
